Return and Refund Policy

PLEASE NOTE:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL – Each item is carefully made to order with love and attention to detail. Please take a moment to review all product information thoroughly before completing your purchase. Once packages are marked as delivered by the postal carrier, Lilies of Faith is no longer responsible for them.

RETURN POLICY:

At Lilies of Faith, we truly hope that every purchase brings you joy! Since our items are specially made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted at this time.

Please be sure to carefully review each product’s details, including sizing and size guides, before making your selection.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

If your item arrives damaged, we want to make it right. Please contact us within two (2) days of receiving your order. Send an email to contact@liliesoffaith.com with photos of the damage, and we’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please note:

  • Variations in color due to monitor settings, lighting, or photo effects are considered normal and do not qualify as damage.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

Once your package leaves our care, it is in the hands of the postal carrier. Lilies of Faith is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they’ve been marked as delivered.

If your package goes missing, we encourage you to contact your local postal service for assistance.

EXCEPTIONS:

While we cannot accept returns or exchanges, we will gladly address concerns if your order includes:

  • Missing decorative elements
  • Verified damaged goods (as outlined above)

EXCHANGES:

We currently do not offer exchanges. However, if you’d like to order another item, we recommend placing a new order once your concern has been addressed.

REFUNDS:
